Biography – Priscila is a Neuropediatric Physiotherapist, PhD in Neurology and Neuroscience from the Federal University of São Paulo (Brazil) and Specialist Postgraduate in Motor Physiotherapy applied to Neurology by the same university, and in Intervention in Neuropediatrics by the Federal University of São Carlos (Brazil). She is skilled and experienced in the Pediasuit, Sensory Integration and Therapy Taping methods. Priscila also has MAES Therapy Approach specialization and training (London, UK). She is a Certified TheraTogs Fitter by Beverly Cusick and can assess and monitor the development of skills through the Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM) test.
Priscila has extensive experience and offers treatment for children with neurological disorders, such as cerebral palsy and neurologically impaired syndromes. Her focus is on neurological development and neuroplasticity for skills acquisition, as well as orthopaedic development and management of pediatric deformities from the perspective of the new treatment paradigm developed by Beverly Cusick (Progressive GaitWays, LCC).
