Biography

Jerianne Riazon is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at High Hopes Center. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education, majoring in Special Education. She obtained her RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in 2017 and began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in Dubai that same year.

Jerianne is an enthusiastic and creative therapist who is passionate about her work in ABA. She strives to create a positive and engaging learning environment where her clients feel comfortable, motivated, and excited to participate in their sessions.

Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Jerianne provides ABA therapy to children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental delays. She focuses on developing attention and focus, social skills, language and communication, and adaptive skills, while also supporting the reduction of challenging behaviors.

Throughout her career, Jerianne has worked with children across various age groups and in a range of settings, including therapy centers, schools, nurseries, and homes. She values collaboration and maintains open communication with parents, teachers, and other educational professionals to promote consistency and support each child’s progress across different environments.

Jerianne also assists BCBAs with assessments, including the Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program (VB-MAPP), and supports the implementation of behavior intervention plans and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), particularly within school settings.

She is committed to continuous professional growth and to providing compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based ABA services that support each child’s development, independence, and overall quality of life.
