Jianne Baban is a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who brings energy, empathy, and expertise to every interaction. With a strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Jianne is committed to empowering Autistic and neurodivergent individuals, while also supporting the families and teams that surround them. 

Coming from Canada, Jianne blends scientific rigor with a warm, person-centered approach. Collaborative work with interdisciplinary professionals including speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, educators, and social workers, reflecting a deep commitment to holistic and coordinated care. Areas of focus include one-on-one Intensive Behavioral Intervention (IBI), group programming, and Natural Environment Teaching (NET), all tailored to the unique strengths and needs of each individual. 

Jianne holds a Master’s degree in Professional Education with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from The University of Western Ontario. A strong advocate for continuous learning, Jianne stays at the forefront of evolving, evidence-based practices to ensure meaningful outcomes for those supported.
