Aida is the General Manager at High Hopes, overseeing all core functions including Finance, Marketing, Administration, Operations and Human Resources. As a member of the Board of Trustees, she plays a key role in shaping the organization’s strategic direction and operational excellence.
Aida is responsible for developing and leading HR and administrative strategies — including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation. She also oversees health and safety at the Center and serves as the primary point of contact with key government entities such as the Dubai Health Authority and the Community Development Authority, ensuring full regulatory compliance and maintaining strong institutional partnerships.
With over 16 years of regional and global experience in HR and Administration across the Banking, Oil & Gas, and Waste Management sectors, Aida brings deep strategic expertise and leadership insight. She holds a BA in Political Studies and Public Administration from the American University of Beirut and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University in London. She is also a Fellow Member of the CIPD.
A long-time volunteer supporting cancer patients and orphaned children in Lebanon, Aida blends compassion with professionalism. A proud aunt to Alia, she was closely involved with High Hopes from its inception in 2017 — a natural step aligned with both her personal commitment and professional vision.
