Kunali Doshi has over 22 years of experience in paediatric physiotherapy across clinical and special needs supported educational institutions in Mumbai and the UAE. She specialises in early intervention and treatment and management of children with cerebral palsy and dystonia. She is passionate about working on dynamic posture and movement in children with neurodevelopmental disorders, and advocates ball dynamics using NDT approach. She uses a sensory-motor approach during sessions to make it playful and functional for the child. She also applies a combination of Cueves Medek Exercises and spider cage techniques to have a holistic perspective in her treatment for children and believes in doing what works and differentiating each child’s needs meeting family goals and expectations.

After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Pune, India, in 2002, Kunali obtained her Neuro-Developmental Treatment/Bobath certification in 2006. She then pursued her intensive training in the USA under her mentor. She continues to develop her expertise and update her skill set and believes in a continued learning journey to support her kids with passion in the best possible way. She has done several courses including Cueves Medek Level 1, Cueves Medek Level 2, Therasuit and Spider cage training, General Movement Assessment for newborns and infants, early intervention, assessment, and screening for high-risk infants  and other training like gait analysis and orthotic provision, kineisiotaping, and Pilates basic level. She practises yoga regularly and enjoys including basic yoga exercises in therapy.

Kunali is fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi and she can offer therapeutic support in all four languages.
