Biography

Nadia Malas is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience working with children, including seven years specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). With a strong foundation in developmental psychology and a passion for child-centered care, Nadia is dedicated to delivering individualized, functional, and evidence-based interventions that support meaningful progress for children and families. 

Nadia currently practices at High Hopes Dubai, where she brings a holistic, learner-focused approach to supporting children with diverse developmental needs. Her work emphasizes early intervention, language and communication development, behavior management, school readiness, and emotional regulation across home, clinic, and educational settings. 

Previously, Nadia worked at the Carbone Clinic in Dubai, where she specialized in early intervention strategies and functional skill-building. She is known for her collaborative approach, working closely with families, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals—including speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists—to provide comprehensive, culturally responsive care. 

Nadia holds a Master’s degree in Psychoanalytic Developmental Psychology from the UK and completed a BCBA course sequence from Florida, USA to deepen her expertise in ABA before becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Dubai. She remains committed to ongoing professional development and regularly attends international conferences such as the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI) Annual Autism Conference and Convention, ensuring her practice is informed by the latest research and best practices in the field. 

Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, Nadia brings valuable linguistic diversity, enhancing communication with a broad range of families.
