Elizabeth is a DHA licensed Pediatric Speech and Language Therapist with over a decade of experience in educational, clinical, and healthcare settings. Her expertise lies in childhood language disorders, Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC), feeding disorders (picky eaters), and cleft palate speech intervention.
Elizabeth’s credentials include extensive training and practice in Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) for individuals with complex communication needs. She is also a certified Hanen Therapist, completing both “It Takes Two To Talk” and “More Than Words” programs. She has earned Level II PROMPT Technique training for Childhood Apraxia of Speech. She is a practitioner mentored in the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) feeding approach for picky eaters. Elizabeth is a strong advocate for evidence-based practice and believes in fostering self-advocacy in children while implementing Neuro-affirming practices.
Elizabeth graduated in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology from Sri Ramachandra University, India. She is affiliated with esteemed organizations, including the Indian Speech and Hearing Association and the Emirates SLP Association. She has also collaborated with NGOs like Smile Train and Operation Smile, contributing to cleft palate speech intervention initiatives in India and the UAE.
Elizabeth is fluent in English, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi and can provide therapeutic support in all four languages.
